Mr Barton has been involved in founding and growing a number of successful listed public companies. He has extensive experience in capital markets, corporate finance, funds management and venture capital and has had advisory roles in the incorporation and listing of many Australian based resource companies.
Mr Barton is the founding Executive Chair of the boutique investment bank Australian Heritage Group. He is a graduate of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) degree and has in excess of 40 years of commercial experience having also acted in senior executive and director capacities for two leading Australian stockbroking firms.
Mr Rogers is an exploration geologist, BSc Hons, MIMMM, CEng, MAIG, with over 50 years’ experience in Australia, China, South America and southern Africa. He has worked on a broad range of mineral deposit styles in several settings, including gold, nickel, copper, lead-zinc, mineral sands, phosphate, uranium, fluorite, vanadium, rare earths, and high purity alumina. Mr Rogers has considerable project generation and evaluation expertise, including the discovery of new fluorite, vanadium and gold deposits.
He has also managed scoping and feasibility studies for aluminium fluoride, fluorite, vanadium, and high purity alumina projects, including the metallurgical and pilot testwork programmes, resource estimates, engineering studies, and hydrology, environmental and social investigations.
Mr Chapman is an Exploration Geologist, B.Sc (Hons), MAIG, with 25 years mining industry experience. He has broad multi-commodity experience in West Australian and Northern Territory mineral fields – including gold, base-metals, uranium, rare earths and mineral sands. Having worked on projects from mining (open pit and underground operations) through to regional scale exploration his enthusiasm for exploration and discovery has the context of resource development and mining.
Mr Charuckyj has had extensive experience over a broad range of technical, engineering, management and corporate roles including senior positions in government, public and private industry both in Australia and overseas. This has included such diverse roles as representing Australia as an expert engineering advisor in the Middle East, developing and commercialising new technologies and managing all aspects of an industrial mineral development from mine and processing to product development and marketing. He is a graduate of the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Engineering degree and a Master of Engineering Science.
Mr MacMillan has wide ranging corporate, financial, capital markets and commercial experience in excess of 35 years. He has held the positions of director, company secretary, chief financial officer, and corporate finance executive in numerous companies across the finance, mining and commercial sectors. Mr MacMillan holds a Bachelor of Business degree, is a Certified Practicing Accountant and a Chartered Company Secretary.
Ms. Gerstmayr commenced her career working for a chartered accounting and business advisory firm as tax manager, before moving into senior finance roles in a variety of industries. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Professional Accounting and Marketing Management), Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning. She is a Certified Practicing Accountant and a Chartered Company Secretary.
