Mission Statement

The Company’s principal objective is to create shareholder wealth through the discovery and development of mineral deposits. This objective will be met through the assessment of a range of mineral commodities located within the existing Tenements.

Core Objectives

To provide an exciting opportunity to benefit from the global market demand and interest in Vanadium.

Fast tracking of Scoping and Feasibility Studies to support discussions for involvement of strategic industry partner(s) in project development.

To provide a secondary multi-commodity exposure opportunity for prospective gold and base metal commodities and an existing Fluorite resource.

Active exploration, drilling and assessment programs for gold and base metals.

Scoping studies completed for Fluorite resource and co-development with Vanadium investigations ongoing.

Targeted outcomes as KRR transforms focus from exploration to development

  1. Delineation of a preferred development scenario and process route for the Speewah Vanadium Project (SVP) with respect to achieving the highest realizable market value from a suite of commercially in demand products supported by a lower capital and operating cost structure (compared to peer projects with conventional vanadium process routes).
  2. Tightening exploration cost spend to focus only on areas with compelling geological models supported by positive exploration results.
