The Mt Remarkable Project is located 200km south west of Kununurra in the East Kimberley, Western Australia, and is 100% owned by KRR.
King River Resources (KRR) has nearly 3,000 square kilometres of adjacent and/or nearby exploration leases under application.
Whitewater Minerals WA
The Mt Remarkable Project is located 200km south west of Kununurra in the East Kimberley, Western Australia, and is 100% owned by KRR. KRR has nearly 3,000 square kilometres of adjacent and/or nearby exploration leases under application.
KRR has identified numerous surface locations along known epithermal quartz veins that have assayed high mineral values.
The Company aims to drill test these locations as well as systematically explore up to 50 to 100 kilometres of unexplored vein systems in the next exploration season. The Company has built a comprehensive data set with the aid of airborne magnetics, gravity, SAM, IP survey and surface soil and rock chip sampling.
High grade, near surface gold mineralisation has been found in numerous close spaced holes, the best result being 4 metres @ 113.29grams/tonne gold including 1m @ 346g/t Au.
Tennant Creek NT
KRR holds gold exploration leases and application measuring some 6,000 square kilometres to the East, South East and South of the very rich historic goldfield of Tennant Creek. A great deal of these areas have not previously been explored because of shallow soil cover masking the prospective Warramunga Formation rocks.
KRR are applying modern exploration techniques over these areas to identify high grade gold targets for drilling.
